WebSep 3, 2024 · You can't summon ships that are out of fuel or otherwise broken. You can but I can't remember if it's after going to another planet or after summoning a working ship. You can't directly summon an unrepaired broken ship, but you can "pull" it in as a default ship, which is almost like summoning it.
