WebCounty Court Costs Scale is now a fee, charge or amount that is 80 per cent of the applicable rate set out in Appendix A to Chapter I of the Rules of the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court fix composite costs of $3900 for one defendant and an additional $725 for each further defendant. Costs of $915 are fixed in subsequent judgments in the same case.
