The example configuration should contain definitions for the automatically discovered partitions but you should review these, in particular any warnings generated. To query SLURM for queue information you can use the following SLURM commands. To get a list of all available partitions use: sinfo -s -o %P WebbTo run the code in a sequence of five successive steps: $ sbatch job.slurm # step 1 $ sbatch job.slurm # step 2 $ sbatch job.slurm # step 3 $ sbatch job.slurm # step 4 $ sbatch job.slurm # step 5. The first job step can run immediately. However, step 2 cannot start until step 1 has finished and so on.
